All accepted research ideas will be evaluated based on three main parts; scientific, ability to be commercialized, and investment possibility. 

The process is as below:

1. Registration
2. Signing confidential agreement
3. Review the ideas and give point by the committee
4. Announce the winner during the closing ceremony
