Registration

All conference participants are required to register by June 6, 2025.

Important Notes on the Registration Process:

  1. Please upload your abstract or full paper through the Portal
  2. Each participant with a manuscript will receive a unique paper ID generated by the portal.
  3. Please note that submitting abstracts or papers online and receiving a notification of acceptance does not constitute full registration. To attend, you must complete the registration form and submit payment through the registration page. Please note that if you have more than one paper, you need to complete a separate form for each submission.

Registration Fee

- Registration fees include VAT, where applicable. 
- Some of the publications may have additional fees.
- Proof of student status is required.

All presenting authors are required to pay the registration fee by June 6, 2025. Non-presenting participants must also complete their payments by this deadline, as on-site payments will not be permitted. Late payments after the conference will not be accepted, so please make sure to arrange your payment promptly.

The registration fee for conference participants includes:

  • Publication
  • Certificate
  • Conference abstract book
  • Swag
  • Lunch, tea breaks

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:

  • Certificate of Participation
  • Conference abstract book
  • Swag

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and changes must be submitted in writing to Sci-Tech Development B.V. Refunds will be processed after the event. If your cancellation is approved by the local organizer, the financial arrangements will be handled by the finance team according to our instructions. Please email your cancellation request to finance@dfbi.net
Note: Only requests submitted before February 28, 2025, will be considered.
